What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment through our carrier’s website.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, opened or used products, items marked as “Final Sale,” and gift cards cannot be returned.
